Hinton RV Park is located at 2863 East Malone Avenue in Sikeston, Missouri.
Often times when we are traveling, we find it very convenient to stop at one or two nighter campgrounds.
In fact, we find that it is a great way to break the trip up and be more comfortable while traveling.
And this RV park and campground is one that we feel that we can definitely recommend for that kind of stay.

Hinton RV Park Features
It is a small 58 site RV park located at exit #67 off the I-55 highway. And it is located halfway between St. Louis, MO and Memphis, TN.
What a joy it was to pull into this small park after a long day on the road. It was very neat, clean and easy to navigate.
Checking in at the front desk, we met a nice gentleman who was very helpful. And he took us right to our campsite.
The campsite itself was so nice because it was right near the front of the park. It was a wonderful pull-through that even allowed us to keep our car attached.
So what a treat that was after a very wearing drive. And talk about level…it was wonderful. We didn’t even need to put our jacks down for the night.
There are also full hook ups, including 50 amp service at all sites. So we had everything we needed.
Our host directed us in and parked our rig in such a way that we had no issues with our slides being extended. Great customer service. Thanks so much!!!
Hinton RV Park Internet Connectivity
How about the internet???? Well, they offer free wifi throughout the park. Unfortunately, we didn’t have an opportunity to use it because we use our own hotspot for internet connectivity.
We have AT&T and T-Mobile data plans and we had no trouble hooking up to both of them. And our cell phone service through T-Mobile worked great too.
Nearby Shopping And Restaurants
However, there is only one place to go and pick up groceries nearby called Food Giant. And if you are going to stay just a night or two it probably would not be necessary. But it is available if you need it.
Evidently this family run business also owns a restaurant nearby called Lamberts Cafe, “Home of the Throwed Rolls”.
It gets very high reviews and they will actually pick you up and take you down there and bring you back.
This is great if you don’t want to unhook or have a Class A, B, or C that you drive without a towed vehicle.
Unfortunately, we did not have the opportunity to check this place out as we only stayed one night and used our own food. But it might be something we do the next time if we stay here again.
Our Hinton RV Park Rating
So how would we rate this RV Campground? We would give it a 5 star rating. And here are our reasons why:
It’s very close to the road and very clean and well taken care of. Also, the laundry room and bath house are very clean.
And all of the park staff we met were very friendly too. Additionally, the park is E-Z on and E-Z off of the nearby highway.
These are all very good things when you are on the move and want a clean, safe place to stay.
So we would definitely go back to Hinton RV Park. Thank you for a very comfortable stay guys. You were great!!!!!
